We’re watching out for our planet—and we know you are, too! That’s why we’re inviting you to participate in the WatchPAT® ONE Green Program. 
Once you’re done with your test, do what’s best: let us properly dispose of your WatchPAT® ONE. 
We make it super easy—and free!

Here’s all you do once you’ve  completed your sleep test:

  1. Remove the battery from the WatchPAT® ONE device and put the device back into the box
  2. Fill out the below form. A pre-paid return label will be generated
  3. Print the pre-paid return label and attached it to the box
  4. Ship it back to us—completely free of charge.
