We thank you for your trust and confidence in our devices, as evidenced by your purchase of the EndoPAT2000™.This notice informs you that the EndoPAT2000™ has reached its end-of-life (EOL) status in Japan as of September 15, 2024; we are no longer manufacturing this device.
Please note that Itamar Medical Ltd. (“ZOLL Itamar”) still intends to continue manufacturing and selling EndoPAT™ probes (AC1600005).
ZOLL Itamar remains committed to supporting our customers. From the date of this letter until 15 March 2027, ZOLL Itamar will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide technical support services to EndoPAT2000™ devices, in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. Such support during this period is subject to our ability to maintain the necessary inventory of spare parts throughout this period. As of 15 March 2027, we will no longer provide any technical support services for EndoPAT2000™ in Japan.
